I have been laid off. Company filed Chapter 11 and I was one of the higher paid associate, therefore let go. They deminished my department & took my title as Manager but never touch my salary. They couldnt justify paying me Managment salary. Now,



I have been laid off. Company filed Chapter 11 and I was one of the higher paid associate, therefore let go. They deminished my department & took my title as Manager but never touch my salary. They couldnt justify paying me Managment salary. Now, I understand all that and I am ok. My problem is they are now asking me to train an associate that I hired to take over my job duties. I feel this is belittling and unfair. I dont mind training my boss or another associate which I have worked with for years but someone I hired. Is this fair or am I wrong.
