The benefits rep called me several times DURING WORK HOURS and tried to reconcile the matter over the phone. I informed her that I could not do that while working, and sent her the number to Holy Cross asking that she reconcile payment with them and MAMSI. At present, this deficient payment is on my credit report, lowering my score significantly. Today I was told that it is my fault. My next step is getting an attorney. PLEASE HELP!
