Goki Muthusamy is the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Visa Inc. In this role, she is responsible for managing the diversity and inclusion strategy and action plans for key business groups at Visa Inc. Her focus also includes establishing D&I dashboards, improving the representation of women and diverse talent in the company. Goki joined Visa in May 2015 and has over 10 years of experience in managing and implementing diversity & inclusion projects in Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong and the US.
Prior to joining Visa, Goki worked at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch for 8 years and was head of Diversity & Inclusion for Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining financial services, Goki worked in a non-profit organization focusing on youth and development where she successfully completed projects in Botswana and Indonesia. Goki has also been involved in several civil society forums across Asia and Europe advocating the importance of cultural diversity and pluralism. Goki was trained in CCIVS, an organization established by and based in UNESCO, Paris. Goki is a member of Asia Society and was selected as a fellow of Asia 21 in 2012.
Goki has a B.A. in Psychology from the National University of Singapore. In 2014, she completed a Management Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Goki is currently based in San Francisco.
