Mark Dickinson

Mark Dickinson joined Philips in 2017 as the Head of Human Resources for the CT/AMI (Computer Tomography / Advance Molecular Imaging) business based in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Prior to Philips, Mark was the Vice President and Chief People Officer for Evapco, Inc. based in Taneytown, Maryland where he was the strategic human resources business partner for the Evapco executive team and was responsible for creation of the global human resources function.

Mark was the Global Director of Human Resources for Eaton Corporation, based in Cleveland, Ohio where he served in roles such as divisional human resource manager in the Electrical Sector, director of human resources for the Corporate Technology office and director of human resources for the Corporate Business functions.  Mark was responsible for the starting the engineering and technology leadership program and the global startups of technology and innovation centers in India and Czech Republic.   

Mark also work at Rockwell Automation in the Global Sales & Service organization where he was the global organizational development and strategic business partner responsible for talent and succession planning.  He started his HR career at Ford Motor Company, as part of the Ford College Graduate HR development program where he worked at plant and divisional roles as employee and labor relations manager, training and development manager, and organizational planning manager

Mark has an executive coaching certification in Emotional Intelligence and Appreciate Inquiry/Change Management from Case Western Reserve University.  He received his Bachelors of Science in psychology from Central Michigan University and Masters of Labor Relations & Human Resources from Michigan State University.
