Angela Beatty is the global total rewards lead at Accenture, responsible for executive and broad-based compensation, equity programs and benefits for the company’s 449,000 people around the world. She is part of Accenture’s HR team of professionals who are reimagining leadership and talent practices to create the most truly human work environment in the digital age, fueling Accenture’s differentiation in the market and ability to improve the way the world works and lives.
Angela is a member of Accenture’s HR Executive Committee, reporting to the Chief Human Resources and Leadership officer. She is a strong advocate for pay equality and transparency and works with her team to innovate and execute leading practices in this area.
Angela joined Accenture in 2015 and led the design and implementation of a new, insight-based approach to personalizing total rewards to complement Accenture’s move to a transformed approach to unleashing top performance. Prior to joining Accenture, Angela spent 15 years with Towers Watson (now Willis Towers Watson) as a consultant and ultimately practice leader for the rewards, talent and change business. She served as a consultant to both private and public-sector clients across multiple industries in the areas of HR transformation, compensation, healthcare and retirement benefits, HCM system change implementation, and employment value proposition development.
Angela is a doctoral candidate at Georgetown University. She has an MA in rhetorical criticism and BA in psychology and attended Mercer University and St. Peters College at University of Oxford.
