Coleen Collins’ career includes C-level responsibility for “all things people” in manufacturing companies spanning the consumer, industrial and technology sectors. Working in business environments as varied as the Fortune 300, mid-market, and ultimately her own company, she developed a reputation for agile thinking, a results-driven operational style, and the personal versatility to succeed anywhere.
Coleen’s recent results include the development of a dynamic global preferred employer program positioned to define a culture and employment brand in an unbranded industrial manufacturing business. Key to being a ‘preferred employer’ is a flexible talent strategy meeting needs at all levels, new variable incentive designs aligned with executive, sales and plant floor metrics, and communication tools that engage associates in every language.
Coleen holds a Masters in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University. She and her husband Marty reside in Kansas City, but call The Big Apple “home”. Their six children can be found working and going to school all over the U.S.
