2:15 PM Securing Retention by Restructuring Current Resources

In a recent report from the Center of American Progress, turnover can cost organizations anywhere from 16% to 213% of the lost employee’s salary. Staggeringly, millennial turnover costs the U.S. 30.5 billion dollars annually.
Rehabilitating this retention crisis often lays predominately on the CHROs shoulders. But like many things in business, solutions may commonly lie within the resources you already have.

Through meaningful case studies from real life roll outs of successful initiatives such as The Gift of Time and Daily Pay, Sheri will provide examples of restructuring benefits & compensation packages to fulfil the needs of a more mindful and balanced workforce.

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Sheri.
