Stephen M. Kost is VP Sales-Northeast Region Americas, and Sr. Leader within the global sales team at Fuel50. In this role, Steve will work closely with named accounts, verticals, and established relationships within the HR and talent ranks of Fortune 500-1000 clients within the Northeast Region, to incorporate Fuel50 career management solutions.
Based in the New York Tri-State area, Steve brings over 26 years of executive sales, sales leadership, and global client management experience to the organization. This includes working closely with numerous financial services, life sciences, hi-tech, and industrial organizations, and their executive leadership, on developing cutting edge talent management, HR consulting, workforce solutions, pure consulting, and outsourcing services. He has successfully led global client teams and sales & marketing organizations at FedEx, Lee Hecht Harrison, Ernst & Young, Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting, Korn Ferry, and Apollo Education Group. Steve has a relentless energy and passion for creating financially impactful solutions for clients, while effectively managing global client relationships and their respective teams at the highest level.
Steve has a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Oneonta, with an Executive MBA Sales Management certificate from FedEx University. Steve resides in Shelton, CT and has a 15 year old daughter Juliana.
