Examining the Vital Role of the CHRO in Business Transformation

A business’s ability to disrupt or lead rests on its talent. Given the landmark change occurring across industries, a forward-thinking HR function is critical to achieve long-term success. With the CHRO working as a proactive force for change and leading the reinvention of the HR operating model to meet evolving workforce realities, the HR function can become a major driver of competitive advantage for the business. However, while HR executives generally feel confident in the strategic value and performance of their function, the average CEO does not share their views.
