Examining the Vital Role of the CHRO in Business Transformation

A business’s ability to disrupt or lead rests on its talent. Given the landmark change occurring across industries, a forward-thinking HR function is critical to achieve long-term success. With the CHRO working as a proactive force for change and leading the reinvention of the HR operating model to meet evolving workforce realities, the HR function can become a major driver of competitive advantage for the business. However, while HR executives generally feel confident in the strategic value and performance of their function, the average CEO does not share their views.

The 100% Virtual CHRO Exchange April will focus on the development of this key area of growth potential for the CHRO. We will breakdown the drivers for a CHRO whose mission to affect business outcomes is top priority, and we will examine the shift that needs to occur, for CHRO’s to be successful in this function. This Exchange will continue to focus on concrete, tangible results that can be taken back to the office and used a roadmap for future objectives.
