As Chief Ambassador for Certree Dan is responsible for exposing both existing and past employees of companies to a software platform intended to protect the integrity and distribution of their personal data.

As VP of Global Solutions at Guidant Global, Dan partnered with business leaders to tailor enterprise-wide solutions for non-employed labor. He brings over 25 years of experience in the talent industry working directly with C-level executives.  Dan’s vast knowledge includes expertise in managed service provider/vendor management system (MSP/VMS), services procurement including statement of work (SOW), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), Staffing, Total Talent Optimization, IC, BPO, Supplier Management, master vendor and component-based solutions.

In his prior role he was the VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships for Sunrise Systems. Dan was also the Director, Talent Acquisition for Nike with responsibilities for Nike’s Global Functions talent acquisition organization, branding, program architecture and management of their Global Contingent Labor Program, Assist!. This program has been benchmarked as a “Best Practice” Program for Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement.
