Jennifer Burnett has spent her career managing change, resolving business challenges and executing talent strategy. She has over 20 years experience as both a business leader and consultant in talent acquisition, talent management, talent analytics, and strategic workforce planning.
Currently, Jennifer is the Senior Principal as part of the Thought Leadership and Strategy Team of Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role she provides guidance to Cornerstone clients who are seeking to advance their processes, technology, and practices in order to realize how a strategic view of talent can significantly impact the success of the business.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jennifer held executive HR positions at two Fortune 250 companies, and has provided consulting services to a variety of clients from manufacturing and mining, to healthcare and education.
She earned her Ph.D. from the College of Business, at the University of Florida in the field of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rollins College.
As a thought leader, she is a frequent contributor to professional publications, journals, white papers and blogs, delivers educational webinars, and is an active presenter at various industry conferences.
