The presentation will tell the story, from humble beginnings as a small support team, to nine core teams providing personalized connections to resources and benefits by tapping internal and external experts in the moments that matter most. Since the inception of the team, they have handled more than 100,000 cases and continue to evolve to the changing needs of Bank of America’s employees. Our presenters will also share the importance of self-care, recognition, and engagement for the team members who guide employees through these often-difficult situations, so they are able to bring their whole selves to work and contribute to sustainable growth of their business and the communities we serve.
