has played a key role in building Inclusion@Farmers and started Farmers first
enterprise-wide Inclusion Council. She is also Executive Sponsor to the local
Women’s Inclusion Network Chapter and her thought-leadership on inclusion has
been published by Fortune and the World Economic Forum.
to this, Suzie was Head of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) – Claims,
a role she assumed when she joined Farmers in November 2013. As Head of HRBPs –
Claims, Suzie acted as a strategic consultant to the Chief Claims Officer on
human capital initiatives, led a team of HR professionals and successfully
delivered on key business strategies including Behavior Focused Performance
Management and Borderless Thinking.
has over 14 years of international experience in a variety of disciplines
including Talent Acquisition, Strategic HR Partnership and Diversity &
Inclusion. She began her career with Zurich in 2006 in Australia where she
progressed through several HR Consulting roles. In 2010, she relocated to the
Corporate Headquarters in Switzerland as Group HR Strategic Assistant and was
then appointed Zurich’s first Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion in 2011.
Prior to Zurich, she
specialized in Talent Acquisition in the Insurance and Banking industries.
Suzie holds a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) from the University of
Sydney, Australia and professional accreditation in Change Management,
Coaching, Project Management and Human Resources Consulting. She most recently
completed the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Farmers Advanced
