In this discussion, Vishal Bhalla of Parkland, will share how they were able to move from the 75th percentile to the 93rd percentile in Patient Experience (HCAHPS) Rankings for the University Health Systems. Parkland was able to streamline their strategies for employee experience & customer experience by creating a human centric process to empower the team, leveraging Operational Data and Experience Data (O Data and X Data) to increase engagement and impact customer experience.
