In her current role at Rogers Communications, she leads a national team focused on attracting the best and brightest millennial talent, delivering an award-winning Onboarding Program, and implementing a learning strategy; one that drives an efficient and effective learning journey, and provides a great experience to the 25,000+ employees at Rogers.
Carol’s educational background includes a BA in Psychology, Certificate in Human Resource Management, B.Ed. in Adult Education, and an MA in Education.
