change management expertise, with over 1000 hours of executive and team
coaching experience. He has studied a variety of coaching modalities, including
the agile and systemic team approaches. He has a passion for creating
development programs that enable employees to reach their full potential. His
background in behavioral and organizational psychology has led to many
successful organizational changes and development strategies. He is an advocate
for a “purpose driven” workforce, in which employees can engage in meaningful
work that is in alignment with both their individual goals, and those of the
organization. He is most interested in evolving the conversation away from
employee engagement - and focusing on employee fulfillment.
