Millennials and Gen Z enter the workforce highly educated and goal-oriented, companies are re-designing supervisor and leadership training to accommodate the more interactive and collaborative work styles of Millennials. The decades old approach of “sink-or-swim” on-the-job training is less effective with this group, raised with different expectations and work styles. This panel discusses how to connect with this demographic and use learning and development to effectively leverage their talents.
