Jessie McClure is a consultant at Hogan Assessments, where she works with a diverse set of client organizations on a variety of projects, including needs analysis and solution design for assessment implementation. As part of her role, Jessie often works with Hogan’s talent analytics team to design and implement validated selection processes, and she also helps organizations drive strategic self-awareness through leadership development assessments and talent development initiatives.
Prior to joining Hogan, Jessie worked in leadership and organizational development at HCA Healthcare, where she helped implement executivelevel leadership development programs. She previously worked as a project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE), where she assisted in numerous large-scale consulting projects in both leadership development and selection.
Jessie holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. Her master’s thesis focused on the intersection of 360-degree feedback assessments and executive coaching, using archival data from the State of Tennessee’s premier leadership development program.
As a dedicated member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), she often presents research. Prior to relocating to Tulsa, she served on the leadership development program committee for the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management (MT|SHRM) for two years, helping local HR professionals grow and develop their leadership skills.
