Responding to employee inputs and giving positive employee experiences in learning are essential to creating a culture of learning and growth. Soliciting employee and supervisor comments at the onset of developing the program ensures that UNICEF USA offers robust training and development options and can show quick results. This master class will tell an 18 month Learning and Development story, from creating a learning department in response to employees’ surveys to the development of the five unique pillars of learning, with some initial results, and will highlight some of the successes and challenges in execution.
