Tracy Dodd is Vice President of Global Talent at Tiffany & Co., where she works with leaders at all levels to enhance their self-awareness, further develop their strengths, and increase their effectiveness in ways that positively impact the organization’s financial success. Tracy has more than 28 years of diverse professional experience as a business executive, board member, and talent leader, which provides her with a unique perspective on key issues facing leaders and teams. Her experience in operations, technology, finance, and HR at four leading global companies, JPMorgan Chase, CA Technologies, MasterCard, and Tiffany & Co. created opportunities for Tracy to lead large enterprise change initiatives, stay ahead of rapidly changing industry trends, and build leadership capability and skills for the future. These opportunities have provided Tracy with insight into the leadership skills that are needed to lead in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and often ambiguous landscape we live and work in.
Tracy has a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Change Leadership from Columbia University Teacher’s College. She’s also an experienced executive coach and completed the Columbia Coaching Certification Program in February 2016. Tracy also received the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) Certification in December 2015, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in May 2006 and the Human Capital Strategist (HCS) Certification in May 2011. Tracy is a founding member of the Gartner Talent Management Advisory Board and a steering committee member for Executive Networks’ Global Talent and Innovation Network. Both roles provide her with an opportunity to advise members about leading edge talent initiatives and to continue to network, learn, and grow with those in her field. Tracy has extensive board experience, previously as a member of the Board of Directors for a national not-for-profit organization, The Parent-Child Home Program, where she served two terms in 2005 – 2007 and 2008 - 2010, and was their Compensation Committee Chair from 2005 – 2007, and she served as the Vice President and then President of Regis High School’s Parent Executive Board from 2014 - 2016.
Tracy has presented numerous times to industry associations, member networks, and conferences, including the HCI Human Capital Summit, Grace Hopper Women in Computing, CLO Insights Summit, and the NLI (NeuroLeadership Institute) Summit.
