8:35 AM The Culture Engagement Program: Personalizing the Employee Experience

As workforce preferences shift, driving strength-based careers for all employees will become a necessity to retain top talent and continue growth. When we think about how to build a career on strengths, we know that we need to put our strengths to work through constant growth, continuous learning and curiosity in the future. A real need for commitment to setting up the learning environment employees need while providing them with the platforms, tools, and resources that allow them to learn what they want, when they want. During this session, attendees will :

•Learn how to move from a focus on formal training, to a multi-faceted culture of learning centered on curiosity, empowerment, and active participation
•Discuss strategy, implementation and enablement of next gen learning technologies
•Hear how to tie in engagement strategies and technologies to strength-based careers proving to result in positive business outcomes
