Erin is an HR executive, certified coach, advanced change practitioner, and budding futurist.  Roles have included Head of OD & Talent for most of eBay, Director of Culture & Leadership at eBay, Director of Organization Development at VMware, Change Practice Leader at Cisco, VP Continuous Improvement at Countrywide Home Loan (now Bank of America) and many others.   

Erin McAuley lives to unleash human potential in leaders, team, organizations, and perhaps in some small way society.  In her 20+ year as a human capital practitioner, she’s guided by five tenets:

1)      Be curious, creative, and fiercely committed without being attached.

2)      Never confuse fast with forward or simple with simplicity.

3)      Design the journey as the destination.

4)      Architect experiences and solutions that spark lasting transformation, leave them better than you found them, and inspire us to be the best version of ourselves.

5)      Get out of the way…

Erin enjoys playing games and traveling with her husband and two favorite change gurus - Caleb (7) and Emmy (6).  She volunteers with Project Cornerstone, a school enrichment program focused on building social emotional intelligence.  Erin also loves yoga, wine, and strategy… though often not together.
