Amy Markham is a designer, researcher, educator and UX strategist at Kiewit Corporation. As a design facilitation leader for the user experience team, she collaborates with product teams to formulate research strategies that identify problems and solutions with a user-centered design approach. 

Amy has co-authored and teaches two corporate training classes: Dual Track Agile for Product Development and User-Centered Design for Product Teams. She also serves on an Agile Playbook committee, responsible for maintaining and coaching agile best practices. Amy is passionate about education. She provides mentoring to young professionals, speaks to graphic design students at local colleges, and she taught graphic design courses for two semesters at the University of Nebraska. 

Amy is currently working towards her Six Sigma certification and is certified in Design Thinking, and User Experience with a specialization in UX Management from Nielsen Norman Group.
