11:30 AM Creating an Effective Design Thinking Workshop in Your Own Company

Design Thinking is a state of mind. Accepting a Design Thinking mindset also means that workshops should become part of your routine. One of the most important skills for Design Thinking leaders is facilitation. These are the process skills used to guide and direct the parts of our work that keep a company forward-thinking and productive. The key to being a proficient facilitator is to plan and guide your sessions effectively, and remain focused on the process and outcomes, rather than content and opinions. A skilled facilitator will lead a meeting or workshop that will help focus the energy and thoughts of the participants on the task at hand.
