Mr. Ford is a forward-thinking executive who has over twenty-five years of experience in the highway safety and infrastructure space, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and turnarounds. He joined Hill & Smith in 2018 after divesting Work Area Protection Corp and Protection Services Inc. Mr. Ford’s focus is on creating and integrating growth strategies through team building, innovation, acquisition, organic growth, and operational efficiencies. He currently holds a seat on the Design Thinking Advisory Board at Rutgers University.
