3:50 PM Connecting the Hard-to-Reach: How Using Design Thinking Can Unify & Empower Deskless Employees

Maintaining a regular stream of communication between the employee and the organization drives mutual success and allows employees to align with the goals and mission of the organization. Communication is important to employee engagement, commitment and a sense of belonging. Yet, many organizations struggle to maintain an effective, engaging internal communication channel for their people. This challenge only intensifies as organizations evolve and expand. In this session, learn how Design Thinking principles can be used to improve communication across your organization and how real employers are applying these principals to connect more distributed, deskless populations.
