Martin is the leader of ResMed’s Learning Experience Design. He leads a highly skilled team that challenges conventional thinking around both traditional learning and HR practices. This team operates in an environment where they can experiment courageously and create unique and powerful experiences that leverage the latest in learning science and technology to engage people effectively.

Martin has spent over 8 years at ResMed, working in global roles within Learning & Development while based in Sydney and San Diego. As a strong influencer within the People Team, he is driving a change in mindset towards Human Centered Design, Design Thinking and Agile working methodologies. He sees Learning & Development as a safe space to test and freely experiment this way of thinking and has taken it upon himself to find new opportunities to utilize Design Thinking core HR Practices at ResMed.
