Nenuca has driven change from within at organizations with 50 to over 50,000 people. She has worked in various HR roles in the tech and professional service industries, as well at a large multi-industry conglomerate.
Among other projects, Nenuca has redesigned engineering and services organizations as part of business transformations, helped companies define shared values, and developed a performance management approach to support a culture of feedback and growth. She has extensive experience designing and facilitating senior leadership team offsites, team accelerator workshops, and intensive design sprints.
Nenuca holds a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and is currently working toward a Masters of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
