L&D leader, small business owner and business coach, Tatyana has worked in a diversity of industries and roles in the L&D space. As the Global Program Manager for L&D at ResMed, Tatyana is currently focused on reinventing our high potential leadership development experience (LeAP), ensuring this program supports the strategic needs of the organization and provides a powerful growth experience for the participants. She has led agile teams to build out experiences supporting new manager development and culture transformation. She is extremely passionate about leveraging the latest tools from neuroscience, behavior design and design thinking to enable our People Team and all ResMed-ians to feel successful in their roles!
