As design thinking demonstrates, problem-solving begins with collaboration. What separates great HR systems from the rest, is the close cooperation amongst HR and UX, IT, and other ‘outsiders -- who too are focused on designing more intuitive and interactive systems. How can we use design thinking to break down these organizational siloes, and in turn build a culture of iterating and prototyping? This workshop is specifically targeted at HR and any other organizational counterparts looking to collaborate to transform an existing process.
