Amy Hedrick is a seasoned executive with a passion for building products and services that surprise and delight customers. 

 

Amy has been a practitioner and staunch proponent of design thinking as a driver of innovation throughout her career. At Kelley Blue Book she established design thinking as a discipline and built design and research teams from the ground up. At Intuit, Amy helped advance established design thinking programs toward even better outcomes. She has always found a way to weave the discipline into the fabric of her team and organization to increase customer loyalty, maximize revenue, and enhance employee engagement. 

 

Now working at LUMA Institute as Executive Director of North America, Amy has the privilege of working with companies around the globe to build corporate-wide innovation programs based on LUMA’s best-in-class design thinking system. She helps organizations transform their company cultures, taking design and innovation from a peripheral skill to a core competency and competitive differentiator.
