Throughout his career, Mike has helped teams plan and develop great experiences using human-centered design. From strategy and ideation, to development and operations, Mike has witnessed the rewarding outcomes when teams put people at the focus of everything they do.


As Director of Client Relationships for LUMA, he values the opportunity to support organizations in building cultures that promote human-centered design so they can feel empowered to create better outcomes on their own.


Mike brings years of hands-on experience working with financial services firms, technology providers, consulting firms, and others. Prior to joining LUMA, Michael spent 11 years at the design agency Razorfish, working out of New York City. When he’s not working with clients or traveling the globe, Mike spends most of his free time leading his ice hockey team to stunning victories around Pittsburgh.
