Nenuca works with leadership teams across Cisco to design organizations that deliver on their strategy and goals. She is deeply passionate about solving the right problems and creating organizations that work. She approaches traditional organization design and change management differently by combining subject matter expertise in those areas with the principles of design thinking. She loves what she does so much that that she also regularly does pro-bono consulting with non-profits.

Always looking for new ways to design better organizations, her latest curiosity is how physical and virtual spaces can be used as part of change management. How might we design people’s workspaces so that they are aligned with the rest of the organizational model and support the right behaviors that would allow the organization to meet its goals?

Nenuca received her Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is currently working on a Masters of Science in Organizational Development at the University of San Francisco.
