Rohith started his career with a dream to fly fighter planes and has pushed himself to learn more about engineering, but intrigued by psychology, he gravitated towards HR & Coaching. He combined the technical aspect with the psychological aspect of learning to contribute towards HR Analytics.
He has vast experience in HR operations, HRIS systems, workforce planning, Analytics and Design Thinking. He has built and managed business intelligence teams, talent acquisition teams, project management teams and coaches over the past 9 years.
He has been a key player in the change management process at his previous organisations. His specialities are to create high performance teams by using design thinking, build training & development processes in organisations, which contributes a lot to innovative thinking and return on investment. His other specialities include executive coach in leadership, divergent thinking, team building, developing emotional intelligence, strategic development in various industries.
