TJ Cochran was appointed Director of Organizational Development in June 2018 supporting the America’s region and corporate function business. In this role, he oversees Avis Budget Group's organizational development activities including onboarding, talent management, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement for the region and for corporate functions.

Mr. Cochran was previously Senior Manager of talent and performance for America’s region and corporate function business. He joined Avis Budget Group in 2012, and since then has held positions of increased responsibility including Manager, Learning and Development for North America, Learning and Development Consultant for North Americas, and Learning and Development Consultant for Piedmont operations.

Prior to joining Avis Budget Group, Mr. Cochran served in various positions within human resources at Cobb County Government and Synovus Financial Corp.

Mr. Cochran holds a Master of Science degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Walden University, Bachelor of Science degree in business management from University of Phoenix, an Associate of Fine Arts degree from Young Harris College.
