Vesna Kovac is the Vice President of Human Resources at Celtra, the Creative Management Platform for digital advertising. In her role, she is orchestrating a global HR strategy and vision that drive a culture of a great performance, people inclusion and establishing an advanced people related programs and initiatives. Her HR team’s mission is to execute upon a world-class practice that ensures the best employee experience. Focusing primarily on attracting best talents, creating and implementing talent management that fits company’s strategy and business direction, establishing inclusive and engaging culture, business aligned performance management, empowering employee’s full professional potential by innovative development initiatives.


Prior to Celtra, Vesna was the Regional HR Director at Bisnode, European Credit Rating company, where she was a strategic partner to company’s management, being responsible for 15 companies across Nordic, Western and Central Europe for 11 years. Vesna owned and executed on advanced HR practices related to establishing companies’ values, engagement strategies, competency models that ensure targeted employee development and her team achieved operational excellence honors.


Before joining Bisnode in January 2008, Vesna was HR Director for mid-size Slovene retail company, where she was responsible for risk & change management, organizational design and legal counseling for management within 18 business units. Prior to 2005, she worked in InterSearch, International organization for executive search and selection. She was responsible for managing and coordinating executive search and selection projects for international companies in IT, banking and pharmaceutical industries.
