Leveraging Technology To Improve Learning Experience

According to Deloitte, among 700-plus business and HR professionals, corporate L&D received a net promotor score of -8. One potential reason for the low score: it is simply easier to find instructional content on the internet through sites like YouTube and Lynda.com than it currently is inside companies. The reason is most company learning environments are built around older Learning Management Systems (LMS) that focus on compliance and formal training. That is further proof why the disruption of digital learning is underway. There are also money and workforce size factors.
During the months of June and July 2018, the HR Exchange Network conducted a study focused on challenges in the L&D space. The results have been collated into this report.
