Manager Limeade Institute

Reetu Sandhu is the Manager of Limeade Institute, Limeade. In her role, she conceptualizes and conducts research projects to drive innovative thinking and best practices around topics such as employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion. Reetu also works with Limeade customers to help them develop science-backed strategies to improve the employee experience within their own organizations. Reetu is passionate about helping organizations foster inclusive environments, and is the lead of the Kaleidoscope Council, an internal function that drives all diversity and inclusion initiatives within Limeade. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.
