Charlotte Brochoire

Charlotte currently leads the HR and Transformation streams for a company-wide efficiency and value creation program at Danone. In this role, she helps embark all employees on an effectiveness and efficiency journey, which requires strong change in terms of mindset, behaviors, systems and processes.  Through this program, she helps build the change management capabilities of local teams, which are essential for driving positive and sustainable organizational change. Prior to this role, Charlotte was the Head of HR for the Danone’s dairy business unit in Australia, where she was part of the leadership team and helped drive a complete business turnaround re-igniting people and business growth. Charlotte has been calling the Asia Pacific region home for the last eight years, is passionate about personal and collective transformation and working across different geographies and cultures.
