Josiah Gan

Josiah Gan is the Regional Lead (APAC, Middle East, Africa and South America) for Employee Experience and Transformation in Schneider Electric. He leads the IT integration of Digital Workspace in the region leveraging on technology and partnering closely with the HR, user community, internal communications and the regional and local IT technical teams.

He had worked for KEPPEL, SINGTEL, Hewlett Packard and International Flavors and Fragrances in the area of Supply Chain and IT before joining Schneider Electric after selling his business and consulting in Hong Kong for Tory Burch (an American Fashion Brand).

Josiah loves to read, draws, scuba dives, horseback trail riding and practice Muay Thai in his spare times.
