Kathleen Kee is People Partner – ASEAN, ANZ, Japan & S. Korea at Rolls-Royce.
She is part of the business management team for the development and implementation of business strategy with emphasis on the people and organisational elements including HR operations. She is overall accountable for the provision of daily HR services in-country (or range of countries in the region she looks after).
She is an experienced HR leader with 17 years of HR operational and business partnering experience including HR consulting for large multinational organizations, where she has partnered with senior business leaders to translate business needs to HR initiatives. She has a track record in successfully managing and executing large HR and business transformation projects including the integration and harmonization of two HR organizations across the Asia Pacific region, enhancing employee experience through enhanced medical & benefits provision, harmonising the HR function among three separate legal entitles, developing a talent recruitment and retention strategy for challenging markets, and facilitating the improvement of HR service delivery in the region.
Kathleen has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA (focusing on HR Strategy) from Monash University in Australia.
