Rahul is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of international experience in human resource management and commercial excellence across diverse sectors. In his current role, he is responsible for leading the regional people agenda across multiple regulatory and labor environments. He also represents HR function at the regional and the global HR leadership team for Crop Science division.
His role involves conceptualizing and implementing appropriate people strategy for the business. He builds a sustainable talent pipeline that ensures they have the right people, in the right roles, with the right capabilities and mindset to deliver high business impact. This enables the business to meet its ambitious goal to become market leader, whilst increasing positive social impact.
Rahul started his career in India. He moved to Singapore 5 years ago from Germany.
