Shalini is a Strategic HR leader with strong business background with expertise in Talent Management, Succession Management, and Learning Development & Diversity. She has 20 years of experience in very diverse roles in business and HR. She is currently the Group Director for Talent & Organizational Capability for Asia – Pacific at Coca Cola. In her current role she is responsible for the HR Function for APAC with the focus on succession management, identification and development of the potential pool across the region.
Shalini started her career in technical design and then joined Schneider Electric in sales. Since then she has done varied roles in business- mainly Marketing, Strategy and HR at local, regional and global levels. Her last role with Schneider Electric was Director Talent Management – for APAC and Middle East.
She has a personal passion for coaching and bringing out the best in people.
