Tricia Duran

Tricia is an HR professional with over 20 years of local, regional and global experience. In her roles, she has had the opportunity to lead diverse teams in driving people strategies to ensure a purpose led, future fit organisation with heart. Tricia has been overall in charge of end to end HR for the Singapore Headquarters (since 2011), the South East Asia & Australasia Corporate Functions (since 2015) & Head of Talent Attraction (since 2017).

In this role, she has transformed the Unilever organisation to be purpose led and future fit through driving major organisational transformation and the creation of the Vision 2020 organisational roadmap. This has resulted in Unilever moving towards a more agile and networked company, shifting from fixed to a more flex organisation, leveraging digital and the open talent economy. In addition to driving the people agenda across organisation, culture and capabilities, Tricia also leads the Employer Branding strategy for the region, resulting in Unilever being the No.1 Employer of Choice across all countries.
