Exhibitor Booth

IQPC will allow Your Company an 8’ x 10’ exhibit space to showcase their solution. A physical presence onsite will give Your Company a place to easily conduct meetings, greatly increase visibility and accessibility for key prospects to approach you.

Cocktail Hour

Your Company will have the opportunity to provide a 15 - 20 minute address to the audience and will have prominent signage throughout the reception area. Additionally Your Company will have a booth that is located next to one of the reception bars. Announcements will be made during event promoting the cocktail hour & will be mentioned in every announcement, along with being listed as the host of the Cocktail Hour in the agenda. Table top signs will be located throughout the room with Your Company’s logos. Your Company can provide napkins and other items to place out during reception. 

General Luncheon

Your Company will be the exclusive General Luncheon Event Sponsor on the main conference agenda. You will be provided a 10-15 minute opportunity to address the audience at the start of the luncheon. At this time, you may place your company’s brochure, white paper, or other marketing collateral at each seat in the main ballroom. The speaking time in combination with the branding and networking components included in this sponsorship will provide a platform to build your business case to the audience at large and generate ample opportunities to network with participants at the event.
