Munir Pathak is a people scientist who partners with C-suite and HR executives to make their organizations more human. He has spent nearly a decade leading strategic innovation and process improvement teams focused on human-system interactions at multi-billion dollar companies and startups. Munir knows the key to better business outcomes lies in relationships between people as part of an environment designed for them to thrive, and he brings his expertise in data-driven employee experience to enable long-term success for the organizations he works with.

He is currently the Founder and CEO of Swirl, an app that enables authentic connections at work between colleagues with similar interests and differences in personal identity to build a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Munir holds an M.S. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, sports, exploring cuisines, and meeting new people.
