The Show is Open for Business!

In light of the recent developments surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to provide you with some information leading up to the Exchange, which will take place just a couple of weeks from now.

Firstly, we would like to inform that the show is open for business! We are continuously monitoring what the CDC, WHO, and US Government has recommended and will follow their advice. I want to assure you that our attendee’s health and well-being are our #1 priority and we do not take the current situation lightly. As you are aware, the Exchange model is much different than the average tradeshow. The attendees are by invite-only and as such we have strict control over the people allowed on site. The intimate nature of the model is a built in safeguard that massive tradeshows cannot offer. Additionally, there are several precautions and measures that we are and will undertake in these last days leading up to the event and on site.

Precautionary and preventative measure that are being taken to ensure the event environment is as healthy as possible:

• Hand Sanitizer will be available throughout the Exchange and in all sessions/rooms
• Signage Displaying best health and hygiene practices will be placed throughout the event
• Venue staff will be sanitizing common areas frequently throughout the entirety of the event
• Sanitizing wipes will be stocked and available for all 1:1 meeting areas
• All potential attendees will be monitored for their location and adhering to Department of State and travel restrictions
