Greg serves Southwest Airlines as a Director of Talent
Acquisition in the People Department. In
his role, Greg is responsible for leading Southwest's Talent
Acquisition Teams, employment branding, workforce development, and hiring
strategy. This includes 14 Teams consisting of 120+ Leaders, Recruiters,
Specialists, Analysts and Coordinators. Our responsibility includes hiring for
all Operations, Corporate positions, Pilots, Maintenance and Engineering,
Contingent Workforce, Sourcing, and our Campus Team.
Greg is in his 17th year with Southwest Airlines and has served the entire time in the People Department. Previous roles have included Manager, Team Leader and SR Recruiter. Previous to SWA, Greg was in the staffing industry for 3 ½ years with Pro Staff serving as an onsite Manager, Direct Hire Specialist, and Account Rep.
Greg is a graduate of UTA with a degree in Marketing and is married with one daughter.
