As CEO and Founder of Censia, she has led her team to build an artificial intelligence and machine learning-based predictive recruiting solution powered by one of the largest talent intelligence platforms in the world—automating the process of identifying talent for opportunities in the most efficient and fairest way possible.

 Jo has a highly experienced background in building and scaling companies with two private exits and leading her last company through a successful IPO where she oversaw its growth and onto the S&P/ASX300 Index. Jo has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Tech, Diversity Council’s Most Influential Women, and is part of the Harvard Business School Presidents Program.
