Shari is the Director of Talent Acquisition for the H&R Block headquarters, where she leads the talent acquisition function to deliver the attraction, selection, and onboarding of 80,000+ hires per year, heavily leveraging automation. Shari started her career in agency recruitment, and prior to H&R Block also spent ten years with Colgate-Palmolive, most recently as Regional Talent Acquisition Leader for Latin America & North America. Shari has a track record of delivering enterprise wide talent acquisition results in the areas of global talent acquisition process design, employer branding, change management, and innovation.

Shari is an advisory board member for TeamKC, a division of the Kansas City Area Development Council, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University in Wichita, KS.
